Relaxed & Serene: Why You’ll Love Weddings At The Boat House

Couples can say their vows under a towering ancient oak tree, with beautifully warped branches and an inviting green lawn, ideal for couples seeking a rural garden wedding ceremony. Or, in case of rain, there’s a year-round white marquee for your vows, which you can adorn with florals or decor.

Then, The Boat House itself makes for a bright and airy reception location, with attentive staff who will look after you and your guests so well. With a stylish white interior, huge windows, and vaulted ceilings with golden chandeliers, this space is beautiful just as it is — or, customise with draped florals or soft lighting. The wooden accents really pop and the cuisine is just as impressive, with delicious buffet options to enjoy.

This venue can host up to 140 people, but they can also cater to smaller, intimate weddings of 30 or more guests. Couples have access to the venue from 10am to set up, then 2pm to midnight for your ceremony and reception. Off-peak pricing (May to October) includes a $1,000 venue hire fee, plus a $6,000 minimum spend Monday-Thursday or a $8,500 minimum for weekends.
